This delicious Mojo Dipping Sauce goes well with a wide selection of dishes.
- 1 Cup oil (we suggest Olive oil)
- ¼ Cup Marliss® Mojo Seasoning
- 1 lemon, cut in half & juiced
- 1 head of garlic
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Slice off top of the head of garlic. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and place in a shallow dish. Roast for 30 minutes, until soft and golden.
- Combine the oil, Marliss® Mojo seasoning, juice from the lemon and roasted cloves of garlic. (I use 4-6.) Mix well to blend all ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month in your refrigerator.
